If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept the return and issue a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of receipt. Shipping for any returned products must be paid by the customer unless an error occurred on Nortech’s part. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied for returns.
To return a product, you must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please call us at 1-888-COLD-PAK (1-888-265-7225) or contact us here.
To return an item to our company, please send the product back to us with a note including the following information:
